This is an estimate, not a quote. It covers cabinets, worktop, plinth, cornice, handles and fitting. It excludes appliances, sink and tap, plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring and any wall alterations. Final pricing follows a site survey (JOD 45, credited against your order). Your plan includes housings for: Dishwasher housing 600, Hob base 600, Fridge housing 600, Oven housing 600, Extractor unit 600 — the appliances themselves are separate.
Built to standard sizes
Every unit is a real carcass size — 720 high, 600 deep, on a 150 plinth with a 910 worktop. What you draw is what gets fitted.
Priced as you build
Cabinets carry the finish multiplier, worktop is charged by the metre of base run, fitting by the unit. The itemised list is always open.
Checked as you go
The planner flags what a fitter would object to — a hob with no landing space, a tall unit beside it, a run longer than the wall.
